Blessings In The Mail

This arrived for me in the mail today.
It's not often that I win anything.  That's why I was so excited about winning a giveaway on one of my favorite blogs, Sarah Sweethearts.
I wasn't quite sure what I had won so I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my package.  Sarah shares the same interest I do in crochet so I knew I would love whatever she sent me.  I was pleasantly surprised to open my package and find it full of all these wonderful goodies.  There's a spool of pink ribbon, washi tape, a notepad and pencil, and a few handmade items.  Those are my favorite!
Love, love, love handmade gifts!
Aren't these hand warmers sweet?
I just had to try them on real quick to see how they fit.
They're perfect and I love them.
♥♥♥
I have an idea or two about what to do with the dusty pink crochet rose.  I think I'll add a pin to the back of it and wear on a sweater or jacket.  It's the perfect shade of pink and it will go with several of my things.  I love all of my gifts and want to thank Sarah for her kindness and generosity.
Bloggers are the nicest, don't ya think?
Pattern for bloomers is Baby Bottom Bloomers
I finished the bloomers for the dress I made last week.  I didn't follow the pattern like I should have though.  I was watching the Olympics and totally missed the part on the pattern where it said to do an increase row.  ((Oops!))  So they look more like shorts than bloomers but I think they'll be fine.  I sure don't want to rip it out now.

I just want to say thanks for all the sweet comments all of you leave.  It warms my heart to see that you drop in and take the time to say hello.  I consider all of you my friends!
Hope you have a great week.

Blessings...
Beca

  4. You hit the jackpot on that giveaway! Cute gloves! And those little bloomers are perfect. Love the ruffles on the legs. I bet the whole outfit would look so sweet. Wish I could see it on a baby. I never get to see my baby things actually on a baby either. Maybe I need to buy one of those creepy doll babies so I can see my dresses on them. Ha-ha. They'd have to stay in a closet somewhere most of the time. Dolls creep me out!
