Hello friends!
I hope everyone had a great Veterans Day weekend.
It was cool and blustery here in the wind-whipped plains of the Texas Panhandle. Rolling tumbleweeds, flying dust, and howling winds. It was a great weekend to stay indoors.
I had some ripe bananas and I thought I'd make a pineapple banana bread.
It turned out so pretty I thought I'd share it with all of you.
The butter glaze gives it a wonderful flavor but you can leave it plain and it's just as good.
In fact, most of the time I make this bread we eat it unglazed.
It's as good as it looks, folks.
Give it a try and see for yourself.
Recipe here.
:)
Til next time,
It really looks delightful and sounds delicious, thank you for sharing :)
