Spring Crochet Dresses

Burr!  It's still cold here!

Warm Spring weather is a little slow arriving but that doesn't mean I can't eagerly plan for it.
I found a pattern I liked on Ravelry and made these 2 dresses for my little niece.  They're both a size 2 but I made the yellow one a little bit longer.

I sewed a couple of buttons onto the front but a pretty flower or ribbon would be nice too.
These work up pretty easy.  It's a pretty simple pattern.  I'd like to make more.  I just wish I had more little girls to crochet for.  You know, I wish I had made things like this when my girls were little.  Sigh,...
I don't know why I didn't.  I guess when the kids are little there's never enough time or energy to do anything extra.
I'll just have to keep giving these away to other precious little girls.
