Hello friends! Hope everyone is creating away and enjoying the summer. Of course summer always goes by way too fast. Just yesterday we booked oldest daughter's plane flight back to college and earlier this week I ordered my other kids' home school curriculum. It just doesn't seem possible that the beginning of the fall school year is just around the corner. I always wish this time of year would last longer. It just always goes by in the blink of an eye seems like.
I've been doing a little crocheting in the evenings and have a few things to share. I came across a really pretty pattern for a baby bib and wanted to try it out. I already had some pink Peaches and Creme yarn that I had bought for another project. Two little skeins of the marbled pink yarn had been sitting in my yarn drawer and I needed to use it up.
This pattern is from Ravelry and is called Round Baby Bib. It's free and absolutely adorable. I used 100% cotton yarn. |
For the white bibs I used Hobby Lobby's I Love This Cotton Yarn. I totally ♥ this yarn. It's sooo soft and a dream to work with. |
This yellow set is my favorite. I love the bright color. It makes me think of lemons. The yellow one is also Peaches and Creme. |
I'm anxious to see what all my other blogging friends are up to. I haven't been by to visit anyone since I've been absent for a couple of weeks. We're just busy, busy, busy around here as I'm sure you are too.

Til next time friends,
The bibs are so sweet! You did a great job with them. It's nice to see you again. :)
ReplyDeleteThese look awesome! I'm looking for an item to donate to the charity that's putting on a show I'm going to in October. A precious set of these may be just the trick.

ReplyDeletethe pattern is no longer available on raverly, can someone tell me where I can find the pattern?
