I first shared this blanket with you in the latter end of Winter first part of Spring. I made this when it was still cool in the mornings. I remember I enjoyed making it because while I crocheted my lap stayed nice and warm.
Beverly over at How Sweet the Sound is hosting a Blog Shop party where sellers can showcase something they are selling. Well with the Fall season upon us I thought I would share this cozy little blanket with you all again. It's currently for sale in my Etsy shop along with a few other of my hand made creations.
Creamy softness is what comes to mind when I try to describe it. It's not a bright white but a creamy soft white.
The edging has a lot of detail with the lacy scallops that ruffle oh so slightly. It reminds me of eyelet lace.
Originally I crocheted this blanket for a baby but as you can see it looks lovely draped over a chair or sofa or would even serve as lap blanket or throw for the car.
This blanket is beautiful...

Oh my, what a beautiful blanket! You could use it for a lap blankie and in the car. I used to keep car blankets all the time when my kids were young.
ReplyDeleteIt's really pretty. I love the detail in it and the color. It really does look very soft.
