Soft White Crochet Blanket

I first shared this blanket with you in the latter end of Winter first part of Spring.  I made this when it was still cool in the mornings.  I remember I enjoyed making it because while I crocheted my lap stayed nice and warm.
Beverly over at How Sweet the Sound is hosting a Blog Shop party where sellers can showcase something they are selling.  Well with the Fall season upon us I thought I would share this cozy little blanket with you all again.  It's currently for sale in my Etsy shop along with a few other of my hand made creations.
Creamy softness is what comes to mind when I try to describe it.  It's not a bright white but a creamy soft white.
The edging has a lot of detail with the lacy scallops that ruffle oh so slightly.  It reminds me of eyelet lace.
Originally I crocheted this blanket for a baby but as you can see it looks lovely draped over a chair or sofa or would even serve as lap blanket or throw for the car.
All of my items are hand crocheted by me, a stay at home homeschooling mom, in between helping my children with schoolwork and doing the daily household chores. There's a link to my Etsy shop on my right side bar and you can also follow me on facebook.  Click on the link below to see other items for sale at the blog shop.

  2. Oh my, what a beautiful blanket! You could use it for a lap blankie and in the car. I used to keep car blankets all the time when my kids were young.
